Stress can cause health problems, speed up aging and interfere with sleep. This site contains a collection of the best items I found for reducing stress while improving your mind and body. Using them regularly will improve your health. You will look and feel better. Since I started using them I became less stressed, my allergies went away, I have more energy and require less sleep.

Your body needs both mental and physical exercise to remain healthy. The Mind Games section contains some fun mind games I made that will give you a good mental workout. The Qigong & Tai Chi section contains information on some alternative ways to exercise. Those exercises can leave you feeling relaxed and energized.
